In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, this Privacy Policy describes how Fatamadrina (the "Website", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal data when you visit or interact with our services, make a purchase from fatamadrina.eu (the "Website") or otherwise communicate with us regarding the Website (collectively, the "Services"). For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a client, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

The information in this Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites, pages or online services that can be reached via links that may be published on the Website but lead to resources external to the Fatamadrina domain. Transfer of personal data

Fatamadrina collects your information and uses it only in connection with managing your orders and customer relationships. 
You should be aware that Fatamadrina uses Shopify for the technical functionality of its Website and online store. Shopify states that store, order, and customer personal data are stored at rest in Europe, but that it relies on international data transfers for processing personal data.

Please note that we do not alter our Website’s data collection and usage practices in response to your browser’s Do Not Track signal.

Rights of users

The website is designed for use by professionals and is not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any personal data about minors.
