Fatamadrina provides graphic and design services both offline and online through the website www.fatamadrina.eu (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”).

Use of the Website and related services is subject to acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

By using the Website and the services it offers, the user expressly accepts the terms set out in this document.

Who Fatamadrina’s Services Are Intended For

Fatamadrina’s services, and consequently the Website, are intended for companies and professionals, particularly those working in children’s clothing, textiles, and other products for children.

Use of the Website

The Website is intended for professional use.

The Website is accessible to everyone; however, in order to make purchases, users must create an account and register.

Registration on the Website

At the time of registration, users are required to provide personal information, such as first name, surname, and the company they work for, as well as the company’s tax details required for invoicing purposes. The data collected will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available here.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.

Registration on the Website is not automatic. In order to protect against potential fraud, Fatamadrina will verify the VAT number and other information provided by the user before approving registration.

The user will receive a confirmation email once the registration request has been accepted (usually within 24 hours).

Accounts containing false information or invalid VAT numbers will be deemed unsuitable and deleted.

User Account

After registration, users will be able to access their profile page, where they can view completed orders, any available credit, and all personal and company information provided during registration.

The account will remain active for as long as the user remains a customer and places orders.

If 12 months pass without any orders or communication from the user, Fatamadrina will delete the account and all related data.

The user will be informed by email a few weeks before the expiry date and will be given the opportunity to express interest in keeping the account active.

Fatamadrina reserves the right to delete any account that violates these terms or is considered fake or at risk of fraud.

Purchases on the Website

Through the Website, users may purchase the following types of products:

• digital graphics (single designs, patterns, coordinated sets, complete packages);
• consultancy services for bespoke graphics based on client requirements, with predefined costs, quantities, and delivery times;
• digital kits containing image and text content designed to support creatives in their work.

Each product is clearly described on its respective product page and includes images and a technical specification sheet detailing its features.

Before purchasing, users are required to read all product-related information and, if anything is unclear, request clarification from Fatamadrina.

As these are digital products, once the purchase has been completed, returns and refunds are not available.

To assist clients in making an informed decision, Fatamadrina provides a free sample product that can be downloaded to verify whether the technical specifications meet their requirements.

Products are sold as described. Fatamadrina does not provide modifications to downloaded files, except where included in after-sales services.

Services Available in Connection with Website Activity

Before Purchase

Clients may contact Fatamadrina outlining their requirements regarding theme, colours, season, and other useful details.

Fatamadrina will search the catalogue and send a selection of suitable products by email.

This service does not imply any obligation to purchase.

After Purchase

The following support services are included in the price to help clients make certain adjustments to files:

• resizing PNG files to suit printing requirements;
• changing colours according to the client’s own colour palette (maximum three variations). Available only for products purchased with an exclusive licence;
• preparing separate PNG files for each colour. Available only for products purchased with an exclusive licence.

Payment Methods

Fatamadrina uses Shopify to manage the Website, which supports multiple payment options including credit cards, payment apps, and PayPal.

Over time, Shopify may change the available payment methods. Current options are displayed at the bottom of the Website and during checkout.

The following additional payment methods are also available:

Bank Transfer

Immediately after placing an order, the user must contact Fatamadrina to obtain bank details and transfer the amount corresponding to the ordered products, specifying the order number (#FM-xxxx) as the payment reference.

Once payment has cleared, Fatamadrina will send the download link for the purchased products.

In the case of exclusive products, these will be removed from sale at the time of order so that they cannot be purchased by other clients.

In the case of consultancy packages for bespoke graphics, the user will be contacted by Fatamadrina once payment has been received.

Store Credit

Users may purchase store credit to be used for future purchases.

If a user wishes to use this payment method, they must contact Fatamadrina to obtain bank details and then transfer the desired amount to Fatamadrina’s bank account, stating the following as the payment reference: “Request for store credit for account (insert account details)”.

Once payment has cleared, Fatamadrina will issue store credit equal to the amount received.

Available store credit will be displayed in the user’s account page under “Profile”. It will also appear as a payment option during checkout.

Monthly Newsletter

The Website offers the option to subscribe to a free newsletter sent once per month by Fatamadrina.

The newsletter is intended for people working in the development or production of children’s products, particularly clothing and textiles.

Subscription is optional and open also to users who are not active customers of the Website.

The main purpose of the newsletter is to engage readers with topics related to childrenswear (design, trends, styles, inspiration, market insights, etc.) and to present Fatamadrina’s designs and activities.

Subscribers may also gain access to free exclusive content (such as graphics or mood boards) available only to subscribers.

Occasionally, commercial offers are included, such as subscriber-only discounts, but always within the monthly issue.

Subscription is voluntary and may take place in two ways:

• by completing the form available on the Website at this link;
• by ticking the dedicated box during checkout when purchasing a product, or at login.

After this initial step, the user will receive an email requiring confirmation by clicking the relevant button.

Users may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Subscription to a Single Newsletter Issue

Users who wish to try the newsletter before fully subscribing may complete the single-issue subscription form available at the bottom of this page.

In this case, only one issue will be sent, and the collected data will be used solely for this purpose and deleted if the user does not proceed with full subscription to the monthly newsletter (unless the user is already a registered customer).

Access to the subscriber-only archive is not included with single-issue access.

Product Usage Rights / Licences

Exclusive Licence

A product sold under an exclusive licence is sold only once, and the purchasing client acquires the right to use it exclusively, with no time or production quantity limits.

The product is listed on the Website as a single item, removed after sale, and will not be offered again in the future.

If a product is sold with exclusive usage rights, it means the file has never been purchased by others, although Fatamadrina cannot guarantee that the product page has not previously been viewed by someone else.

Non-Exclusive Licence

Clients purchasing a product with a non-exclusive licence may use it without time or production quantity limits but do not obtain exclusive rights.

Products with a non-exclusive licence may be purchased multiple times by different clients.

Use of Fatamadrina Products

Fatamadrina’s graphic products include both ready-to-use files and editable vector files.

Clients may modify purchased graphics under the following conditions:

• graphics are intended for products related to childhood, and any modifications must not fundamentally alter this principle;
• modifications that are offensive, immoral, or unlawful are prohibited;
• changing colours, adding or replacing text, inserting a logo, removing image elements, or combining elements from different files is permitted;
• graphics, or parts of them, may be used in larger projects intended for third-party clients (for example, a design studio creating a collection for a clothing manufacturer); where the purchased product carries a non-exclusive licence, Fatamadrina’s client must inform the third party that the image may also be used by others;
• reselling or transferring graphics, or parts of them, as standalone assets is prohibited;
• uploading Fatamadrina products to print-on-demand platforms or similar services is prohibited;
• using Fatamadrina images to train AI models or request outputs such as “create an image in the style of…” is prohibited.

Remarks Regarding Product Colours

The colour palette proposed for each graphic is developed from the Pantone Fashion, Home + Interiors physical colour guide and then adapted to the digital CMYK model (HEX and RGB codes are also provided).

Clients should note that:

• colours may appear differently depending on the monitor;
• as this is a digital simulation, colours displayed on screen may differ slightly once printed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the proposed colours suit their collection before printing or production.

Fatamadrina accepts no responsibility for final print results.

Remarks Regarding Consultancy Packages

The Website offers pre-defined consultancy packages for the creation of bespoke graphics (for example, a custom single design or pattern).

Please note that consultancy requests must align with Fatamadrina’s business activity (children’s designs).

Fatamadrina reserves the right to refuse requests deemed unsuitable. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.

If in doubt, clients are encouraged to contact Fatamadrina for clarification before purchasing a consultancy package.
