Who is this service for?

The service is designed for professionals in the children's clothing and textile industry, including PMs, buyers, art directors, designers, and manufacturers.

By extension, it is also available for those working on graphics for children's products in other industries, such as stationery or home décor. The graphics are vector-based, so they can be enlarged without losing definition.

How does purchasing work?

Anyone can view the products, but, to make a purchase, you need to be a registered user.

What do I buy?

You purchase the ability to download a ZIP archive containing a single .ai file (Adobe Illustrator) with the main graphic, possible colour variants or design variants, colour palette  (CMYK and Pantone), and JPG versions of all the offered  graphics.

The product categories are:

• Illustrations: main graphic + colour palette + possible colour or design variations.
• Patterns: main graphic (module with repeat) + sample with extended pattern + colour palette + possible colour or design variations.
• Matching graphics: package containing assorted combinations of illustrations and patterns, with the same common theme + colour palette + possible colour variations.
• Complete kits: pack containing a complete theme of graphics, labels, and model proposals + fashion sketches + colour palette.

What can I do with the purchased products?

We offer a complete product that can be used as-is, but the buyer can adapt the graphics to their needs. For example, they can:

• use their own colour palette;
• modify the texts (which are usually editable);
• combine elements from different graphics;
• use only part of the graphic.

What can't I do with the purchased products?

While small modifications are allowed, it is not permitted to:

• significantly alter the Fatamadrina style;
• distort the spirit in which the products were created, i.e. using them on products related to the world of children;
• use the graphics in contexts that violate the law or are offensive or immoral;
• resell or transfer the products to third parties.

How long can I use the images?

There are no time limits for the use of purchased images.

What happens if I buy an image exclusively?

That file will be removed from the store and will no longer be available for purchase. If a product is on sale with an exclusive usage right/licence, it means that the file has never been purchased by anyone else, but we cannot guarantee that the product page hasn’t already been viewed by someone else.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, we accept payments via bank transfer. In this case, you will receive the link to download the purchased products only after we have received your payment.

If you purchase an exclusive product, it will be temporarily removed from sale to prevent anyone else from purchasing it in the meantime.

If you purchase a consultancy package, we will contact you as soon as we receive the payment.

Can I buy credits to make future purchases?

Yes, you can load store credit and use it for your future purchases.

Simply make a transfer to our bank account and remember to write in the payment reference: “Store credit request for the account (please specify your account details)”. Once the transfer is credited, we will issue store credit for the received amount.

The available credit will be displayed on your personal account page under “Profile”. It will also appear as a payment option at checkout. This method is particularly useful for companies that wish to provide a certain amount of credit for their employees to use.
