Usage rights/licences
The website offers products with two types of usage rights/licences: exclusive and non-exclusive. The type of right/licence is clearly indicated on the product sheet before purchase.
Exclusive Licence
A product sold under an exclusive licence is sold only once, and the purchasing client acquires the right to use it exclusively, with no time or production quantity limits.
The product is listed on the Website as a single item, removed after sale, and will not be offered again in the future.
If a product is sold with exclusive usage rights, it means the file has never been purchased by others, although Fatamadrina cannot guarantee that the product page has not previously been viewed by someone else.
Products involving custom graphics on request will always have an exclusive licence.
Non-Exclusive Licence
Clients purchasing a product with a non-exclusive licence may use it without time or production quantity limits but do not obtain exclusive rights.
Products with a non-exclusive licence may be purchased multiple times by different clients.
