Usage rights/licences

The website offers products with two types of usage rights/licences: exclusive and non-exclusive. The type of right/licence is clearly indicated on the product sheet before purchase.

Non-exclusive usage right/licence

The purchase of a product and the acquisition of the usage right does not guarantee any exclusivity to the purchaser. Fatamadrina reserves the right to grant other purchasers non-exclusive usage rights for the same graphics purchased by the user.

Exclusive usage right/licence

If a product is available for exclusive purchase, the user will have the opportunity to purchase it and Fatamadrina will immediately remove it from the available products for sale, ensuring that no other user can purchase it.

If a product is being sold with an exclusive usage right, this means that the file has never been purchased by others, although we cannot guarantee that the product page has not already been viewed by someone else.

Products involving personalised consultancy will always have an exclusive usage right.
